Jimmy eat world
Tonight I saw this band, I’ve been listening to pretty much nothing but Jimmy eat world the last few months so tonight was a long time coming. I went alone, I knew people at the show, I spoke to friends. But I watched and sang alone. I can’t sum up how amazing they were to me. I can’t pin point the feeling that came over me watching them play songs like ‘23’.
I’m rarely serious, especially on the Internet, but tonight was incredible. Bands like this, experiences like this define things for you, you will measure other things in you’re life to how you felt at during moments like this. People don’t appreciate the good times.
I don’t know what id do without music, all music. Artists aswell as bands. Tonight, Jimmy Eat World reminded me what’s important, what things you need to not let slip your mind and what things you need to let go.
Tl;dr - but if anyone has any musical influence in their life, whether they work in it, live it, practise it or have ever let themselves be carried away in it knows exactly what I’m talking about, what I’m trying to get across.
